Lead our brand’s creative strategy, in sync with brand & business objectives
across the full marketing funnel – from awareness through consideration to purchase,
while retaining a strong focus on performance & business results
Provide creative vision, direction and guidance for marketing initiatives, productions & assets
Responsible for business growth KPIs, brand growth parameters
Owner of marketing creative assets created by Tenengroup for all touchpoints (i.e. sites, media, social, PR, email marketing, marketing, offline)
Differentiate our brand by incorporating creative innovation & experiential tools across all customer interactions

דרישות התפקיד

7+ years of relevant professional experience in agency/client creative management
5+ years in direct line & team management
Proven creative abilities demonstrated by a strong portfolio + home assignment
Proven experience in creative productions (i.e. briefing, planning, shooting, post-production)
experience in the online marketing business
Solid understanding of strategy & business environment
Strong understanding of organizational processes
High abilities in measuring & optimizing creative assets
High familiarity with online performance media
Strong communication & interface skills
High English fluency
Experience in the fashion / jewelry industry – advantage
