- Develop and execute strategic content plans for digital platforms, including social media, the website, and email newsletters, with a strong focus on audience growth and engagement.
- Create and manage compelling, highquality content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, infographics) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Oversee WIZO's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging while driving community engagement and growth.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support organizational goals, including fundraising, advocacy, and awareness initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and digital performance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance reach and impact.
- Produce and edit newsletters, branding videos, and promotional materials that align with WIZOs
mission and resonate with diverse audiences.

דרישות התפקיד

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certification in social media management, content marketing, or digital analytics is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, including campaign creation and performance analytics.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Knowledge of performance marketing, including SEO and paid social campaigns.
- Native English proficiency (mandatory).
- Fluent Hebrew reading and writing.
- Additional languages are a plus.
