    Global Sales Manager

    looking for a global sales manager to join the team that is shaping the future of sensors technology

    Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence globally.
    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
    Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders globally.
    Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
    Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth for the organization.
    Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Beesense products and services to clients and partners.


    דרישות התפקיד

    • Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales to the international market.
    • Background in HLS/defense sectors - mandatory.
    • Background and knowledge with Electro optical systems – advantage.
    • Background and knowledge with Radar systems – advantage.
    • Proven track record of success in closing sales and achieving goals
    • Monitoring performance and issuing reports on a quarterly basis.
    • Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.
    • Self-taught professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new areas.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy. Identifying and solving problems independently.
    • Independent work in a dynamic and developing environment.
    • Ability to adapt, build and maintain relationships with a large number of external and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
