Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth for the organization. Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Beesense products and services to clients and partners.
דרישות התפקיד
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales to the international market.• Background in HLS/defense sectors - mandatory.• Background and knowledge with Electro optical systems – advantage.• Background and knowledge with Radar systems – advantage.• Proven track record of success in closing sales and achieving goals• Monitoring performance and issuing reports on a quarterly basis.• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.• Self-taught professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new areas.• Attention to detail, accuracy. Identifying and solving problems independently.• Independent work in a dynamic and developing environment.• Ability to adapt, build and maintain relationships with a large number of external and internal stakeholders.• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
