OCS Supervisor

CAF IL is looking for an OCS Supervisor with proven experience in overhead line systems for light rail or railway projects.

מאפייני התפקיד

Supervision of all on-site OHLE (Overhead Line Equipment) installation activities.
Coordination with Project and Construction Managers on planning, safety, quality, and cost control.
Daily monitoring of subcontractor performance and progress.
Review and verification of quality control forms, inspections, and handover checklists.
Coordination with other disciplines to ensure site readiness for OHLE works.
Support during testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client.
Reporting and participation in technical and coordination meetings.

דרישות התפקיד

Proven experience in OCS/OHLE systems – preferably in light rail or railway projects.
Electrical background or relevant technical education.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction environments.
Ability to read drawings and extract information from AutoCAD files.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PDF).
Willingness to work night shifts and travel occasionally.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
